Privacy policy

• Order details — your name, phone number, and delivery address so we can deliver your order.
• Email (optional) — only if you choose to give it, for order confirmations and receipts.
• Anonymous usage data — pages visited and products viewed, to improve the store and recommend relevant items. This data is not linked to you personally unless you place an order.

Your information is used to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Contact you about your delivery
• Answer questions you send us
• Improve our products and the store experience

We never send marketing messages unless you specifically ask us to.

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Our delivery partners — name, phone, and address so they can deliver your order.
• Our payment providers (Paystack, Flutterwave) — payment information handled directly by them. We never see or store your card details.

We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

We use a small number of cookies essential to running the store: one to remember your cart, and one anonymous identifier to remember your preferences. You can clear these any time from your browser settings.

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete any information we hold about you. Contact us and we’ll act within 7 days.
